I know and understand the laws in my country and state with regards to purchasing prescription medication and if I am required by law to have a valid prescription, I do. To order the products or services from us you have to be at least 18 years of age.
Payment processing
Payments are taking 1-3 business days to process them.
Goods delivery
The goods are delivered by Regular Airmail and do not need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please open a ticket on brandrx.to. You will be able to track your order.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time to United States is 7-21 days, to Europe is 5-14 days. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you do not receive your packages within 30 days and you do not receive a seizure letter do let us know. We will provide you with further instructions.
Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the payment confirmation moment.
In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Regular Airmail only.
Order Cancellation
In case of need to cancel an order, you are able to do that within 2 hours after payment completion. You must open a ticket on brandrx.to requiring your order cancellation. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.
Non-disclosure
All personal information in the brandrx.to web site will be treated according to European legislation. The data of customers brandrx.to web site, cannot be disclosed even upon an official request submitted by the authorities of foreign countries.

All sales are made on a “No Return, No Refund” basis and the purchaser, by placing an order, signifies acceptance of these terms. In addition to the purchase price of the products the buyer accepts responsible for any and all handling charges, shipping cost, insurance, import duties, fees, liabilities and tax costs, which may arise or apply to the purchase and transportation of the products to the buyer.Confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the user and the user’s country of origin is the responsibility of the user. All products are shipped at the full risk of the user.
- In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss rests completely with the user

- Order losses caused by mis-delivery.
- Order losses caused by unreturnable shipments due to discreet shipping.
- Order losses caused by faulty/in-complete address provided by a customer.
- If products should arrive damaged due to improper packaging, the products will be reshipped free of charge if:
- A claim is made, presented to brandrx.to in writing.
- Solid proof of improper and/or faulty packaging is given.
ATTENTION!!!
In case of seizure we can only reship the products once free of charge to a new shipping address!
We don’t reship any orders in any cases to Australia, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden.
These countries have very rough Customs which caused lower success rate of arrival so we can’t guarantee the delivery there, you can order at your own responsibility.
Resend policy applies only when proof of seizure is provided (photo of seizure letter and envelope).
– If in the even the tracking status does not change nor a letter of seizure is dispatched after “50 days” has passed – the customer may request an internal investigation be conducted with the shipping department. The quality control department reserve the right on what best course of action my take place regarding the order, all parties will speak with the customer and may approve or disapprove of a refund or reship. Please be prepared to provide the shipping department with a NEW/CLEAN shipping address. It can not under any circumstances be the same one that the previous order was dispensed to where it was seized/lost or damaged.
– Strict/obvious resend policy term is that when customers fail to claim/receive his/her order-package on time – and/or – customer provided an incorrect address – we are not obliged to offer a reship/refund due to incorrect customer shipping data. Before checking out, it is your obligation to double check your very own shipping details. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are not responsible for eventual:
– obvious postal services errors nor incorrect address provided by customer.
– lost, stolen or damaged items (damaged items could patiently be replaced based on the customer services discretion – customers are required to submit full photos of package and damaged items, for review) BrandRX is not responsible or liable for the treatment and care with the handling of parcels with the mail carrier services, once all orders are shipped the items are at the mercy of the postal services.
